Is it me, or does it feels that summer is just around the corner? I can’t wait for blue skies, summer flowers and feeling the warmth of the sun on my skin. If you can’t wait for summer either, then fear not because today’s styled shoot has all those things. Organised and styled by Ellen Davies of LND Events and captured by Todd & Moore Photography, it’s the perfect inspiration for your summer Yorkshire wedding.

Easby Hall in North Yorkshire was the venue for the shoot. A Georgian country house surrounded on all sides by landscaped grounds and gardens, it proved to be the ideal location. Says Ellen,
“As soon as I saw the beautiful views of Easby Abbey and the stunning flowers in bloom in the grounds, it was clear that a nod to the Yorkshire countryside would work well”.
The shoot has a very strong Yorkshire theme and this was no accident.
“From the styled stationery with pheasants and stags, the butterflies hand stitched into one of the bridal gowns, the Yorkshire Gin to decorate the seating plan, to the Yorkshire relish wedding favours in the dining scene, everything tied in perfectly”
– Ellen Davies
The flowers and buttonholes were supplied by Fleuradamo Floral Design in summer hues of light pinks and lilacs,
“We were blessed with a beautifully sunny day which made the flowers stand out that extra mile in the outdoor shots”.

“My dog even insisted on a role in the shoot by refusing to go back in the car after his walk. He’s become a bit of a cover star with his floral neck crown!”
